Why would I choose to have my child take the Iowa Test of Basic Skills?

· You want to ensure your child is progressing as you would like
· The test is credible, non-trendy, and well-respected
· It has stood the test of time—most of us took this one growing up

Who may take the test?

   Any home schooled student aged 8 – 18 (grades 3-12)

What is the cost of taking the test?

   · $60 for first child    · $55 per sibling thereafter    

     Payable to Kay Crislip with registration

What is the sign-up deadline?

   Sign-up deadline: February 26, 2010

What are the testing dates?

    High School students                Monday April 5, 2010  |  9AM – 3:30PM

    All other grades                         Wed/Thurs |  April 7,8   2010  |   9AM – 1PM

   Make-up day for all students      Monday  April 12, 2010  |  9AM – 3:30PM
