Suggested Age:

8-12 year of age, all levels

Pre-Requisite:

None

Purpose:

Beginner Students will learn:
•  Basic sewing machine function and safety
•  Basic Fabrics
•  Skills to construct simple garments
•  Participate in year-end Fashion Show

Continuing Intermediate Students will:
•  Review Basic sewing machine function and safety,
•  Further knowledge of fabrics
•  Learn more complicated construction techniques
•  Participate in year-end Fashion Show

Curriculum & Materials:

Sewing machines, sewing tools & folder with class handouts will be provided. Student is responsible for purchasing fabric and trims for each project.
