Process

Using the Daniel et Valérie mixed method of learning to read in French, students will be learning beginning phonics in French from books that young French students use. We’ll also practice conversation, using a weekly vocabulary list for each topic studied. Some recitation will be done as well. Students will hear children’s stories read to them in French, learn about school in France, and French culture in general.
