Process

This course is taken in middle school and covers specific state mandated content. It is a relatively easily course, therefore, it is a good time to emphasize and introduce important skills such as note taking, reading for the main idea and understanding the vocabulary of Social Studies curriculum.

This is primarily a discussion class. Students will complete in-class projects and participate in field trips.
