Process

This course is a high school course. The course covers selected emphasized themes in World History. It is comprehensive and intense. The course requires higher-level writing and testing. It is the most difficult of the four basic History courses.

World History is divided into topical units, sectioned both geographically and chronologically. The primary focus of the course, especially the second semester will be western civilization. This is primarily a lecture, discussion, and writing class. Students will have extensive text reading outside of class.
