Purpose

This is second course in the sequence which moves students through 3 years of math in 2 years. This sequence can help a student catch up, or help ensure that a student gets to calculus by age 16. Middle School Math completes the process of mastering transition topics, including measurement, partial amounts, place value, and arithmetic word problems. When a student completes this course, he or she is completely ready for Pre-algebra and the beginning of algebraic reasoning.
