Course Description:
This Calculus course covers the first semester of college level calculus, along with many important concepts in the second semester of Calculus using a college level calculus book. This course introduces students to the four key calculus concepts (limits, continuity, derivatives, and integrals) with a small class size and a caring teacher. Only in this small context can a student learn how to think calculus rather than just do calculus. By establishing a solid foundation in the basics of calculus, this course is intended to fully prepare a student for college calculus and set a student up for success in any calculus based major.
